Vi er et lite selskap med entusiastiske ansatte. Vi satser på langsiktige og personlige kundeforhold som varer. Vi har erfarne konsulenter som har jobbet mer en 20 år i konsulent bransjen, som vet hvordan ting skal gjøres. Vi har yngre ansatte som er mer opptatt av det moderne og tenker nytt. Espero fokuserer på forretningsløsninger som leveres som skyløsninger. Vi planlegger, leverer, kurser, vedlikeholder og drifter løsninger for vår kunder i hele Norge. De fleste av våre kunder er fra 5 til 100 ansatte.
På slutten av 90 tallet ble selskapet AskerData etablert. Vi jobbet da med komplette løsninger med den danske ERP løsningen Navision (senere kjøpt opp av Microsoft). Løsningene ble driftet av oss på Microsoft Server og PCer. ute hos våre kunder. I 2011 ble selskapet solgt til Netsolution Gruppen. I 2013 ble selskapet Netsolution Østfold skilt ut som eget selskap og byttet navn til Espero AS.
Vi har knyttet til oss noen viktige og strategiske samarbeidspartnere slik at vi kan levere komplette markedsledende løsninger. Vi er en Microsoft-partner som leverer Dynamics 365 som er grunnstammen i alle våre forretningsløsninger. Vi samarbeider tett med Soft4, et selskap som har Microsoft sertifiserte utvidelser innen Finans, Leasing, Bank og Eiendomsforvaltning. Soft4 har levert løsninger i de fleste europeiske land og USA. Den beste løsningen i Norge for å automatisere bank og fakturering er Continia sine løsninger. Vi har også inngått strategisk samarbeid med Peritus AS slik at vi kan levere fra hele Microsoft Dynamics365 porteføljen. Sammen med våre partnere så kan vi levere komplette og markedsledende løsningene for små og mellomstore bedrifter i Norge, uten at du må forholde deg til mer en leverandør.

AB „Lietkabelis“ and Espero AS, the Norwegian partner, will cooperate in implementing a new automotive cable production line using digital technologies. Espero AS will provide its expertise in the field of digital technologies to help AB „Lietkabelis“. This will increase efficiency, reduce waste, increase production capacity and increase labor productivity. AB „Lietkabelis“ will benefit from the partnership by reducing costs and improving production processes. The partnership is expected to contribute to the long-term growth and competitiveness of both companies, as well as to the strengthening of bilateral relations between Norway and Lithuania.

This will allow AB „Lietkabelis“ to improve its own production processes, increase efficiency, and reduce costs. The partnership with Espero AS will also enable AB „Lietkabelis“ to expand its network and create new business opportunities. The major aim of the project is to increase the competitiveness of AB „Lietkabelis“ by investing in the latest digitalized production and ICT technologies and expanding its production capacity. The project will solve the problem of meeting the growing demand for more sustainable products that adhere to the principles of green industry, circular and digital economy, and the EU's goals for a sustainable economy and ecology. By implementing innovative ICT-integrated equipment, the planning and production of automotive wires will be automated, more efficient, and less polluting, with a minimized amount of waste generated. This will allow AB „Lietkabelis“ to expand its production capacity, increase work productivity, and offer products with higher added value to the market.
The project's benefits include producing more sustainable products, creating jobs, expanding the company's network, and fostering bilateral relations between Norway and Lithuania.
